1 - PRODUCT

1.1 - How authentic are the products?

All items sold at the WTFootball store are of extremely high quality, possessing all labels, seals, and identifications.

1.2 - What sizes are available?

In addition to a wide variety of products, we also have a variety of sizes. Size options: S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. Check the SIZE GUIDE HERE so you can find the correct measurements for your body.

1.3 - Do you work with plus sizes?

Yes. We also work with sizes 3XL, 4XL and 5XL, but NOT for all products.

1.4 - Can I customize it?

Yes, we offer free customization to personalize your product with a NAME and NUMBER at no cost. It is up to the customer to decide whether they want to personalize it with their OWN name or a PLAYER'S name.

2 - SECURITY/PURCHASE

2.1 - Is it safe to buy from the WTFootball store?

Yes. Our website has an SSL Security Certificate, responsible for protecting important customer information while browsing and especially while making purchases on the site. Your data will be protected during the purchase process, which we will mediate in an extremely secure manner through excellent payment platforms.

2.2 - What are the payment methods?

The payment methods available at the time of purchase are as follows:

• Bank Transfer - IBAN;
• Credit card.
• MBWay (Only for Portuguese bank accounts)
• Multibanco (Only for bank accounts in Portugal)

2.3 - Do I need to contact you before buying?

No. Our website offers sufficient structure and information for the customer to make the purchase independently, without needing prior assistance, speeding up the process. You will receive all relevant information in your email after the purchase.

3 - TRACKING

3.1 - Do you use order tracking codes?

Yes. We work with a tracking code; when your order is shipped, you will receive a code in your email so you can track your order until you receive it at your home.

3.2 - HOW LONG AFTER PURCHASE WILL I RECEIVE THE CODE? AND HOW DO I RECEIVE IT?

The tracking code is sent by the WTFootball team between 2 and 4 BUSINESS days after your order payment is confirmed. You will receive all the information in your email.

4 - SHIPPING/DELIVERY

4.1 - How long does it take to prepare and ship the order?

Preparing and shipping your order, following all due care and procedures, also requires 2 to 4 business days. Along with the tracking code, you will receive a photo of your product in its packaging, so you are aware that your package has just been dispatched to its final destination.

4.2. - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AT MY HOME?

Your product has an estimated DELIVERY time of between 7 and 15 BUSINESS days, considering it is manufactured internationally. PLEASE NOTE that this delivery time may be extended only in case of delays, strikes, periods of high demand, or holidays of the responsible carrier. The delivery process within the national territory is conducted by the carrier CTT. Please ensure that someone will be present at the address provided to receive your order. The carrier CTT normally makes three delivery attempts to the address. Otherwise, your order will be held at the nearest post office and must be collected within 7 CALENDAR DAYS. If not collected within 7 calendar days, the order will be returned to the sender, which will imply the payment of shipping costs for resending. PAY ATTENTION to the ADDRESS information you fill in at the time of purchase to avoid future problems. We inform you in advance that, in the case of an INCORRECT or INCOMPLETE address, the customer will NOT be entitled to a refund. For resending the package, a new shipping fee of R$ 15.00 will be charged.
